FC AFC Flex x Terra SH 2019

Many thanks to Johnny and Kathy Armstrong for allowing us to do this breeding. With the working attitudes and personalities of Flex and Terra, we expect these puppies to work nicely for an amateur in whatever venue they wish to persue and still be a good house dog as well. Both of them have a lot of go, very agile, and lots of personality.

Flex has a performance record that speaks for itself. He had 95 Derby points and was 2016 High Point Derby Dog. He obtained his FC as a 4 year old. He competed in both the 2018 National Field Trial, where he was a finalist, and 2018 National Amateur Field Trial, where he was also a finalist. He is still a young dog, so his offspring are still quite young, some of his older puppies are doing well in Derby, and Qualifying, his son Lethal made the Derby list and is QA2 with a 1st and 2nd the same weekend. Another made the Derby list as well and a RJ in the second Qualifying. When he is at home, he is well behaved in the house with other dogs. He is very personable, happy to see everyone.

Terra is a great hunting dog and is great in the house as well. She is quiet in the blind and one of those dogs you barely realize is in the house with you. She works at a moderate speed, fast enough that she's not sluggish, but not so fast to get in "trouble". She has puppies from each of her past litters running hunt tests, amateur owner trainers/handlers. One is already titled Master Hunter. Terra weighs around 60 pounds.

These puppies will be high energy and will need plenty of exercise, especially during the puppy stages. Please understand that training must be continued after going home to produce a well rounded and obedient dog that is pleasant to be around.

We will take a limited number of good faith reservations, three of each sex, until the puppies are born, waiting list beyond that until they are born.
